Electronics questions

Hey, does anyone know how to re-pin the connectors for my dashboard to make a 90 cluster work in my 89 hatchback? Or does anyone know where I could get the wiring diagrams? I need to get this sucker working, and I know it's not too hard, I just need diagrams or something! Please help! :what:

Try getting the manual for it.

My dad bought a hit 1998 VW Passat 1.8L Turbo and we bought the CD MAnual and it has everything there, even the electrical diagrams.
