94' Accord Electrical Problems-please help!

Hello. New to the forum, but I was hoping for some help.

My 94' Honda Accord was broken into the other day and they ripped the radio out. There were not any electrical problems until today.

1) The power windows will not go up or down.
2) The car will not shift into reverse unless you put the key in the shift lock release, put it in neutral and then you can start the car.
3) No interior lights.
4) No running lights, blinkers, speedometer.

I worked on it for several hours today and I can't find where the problem is.

By the way all fuses are good - not sure about the relays.

Any ideas on what to do? Thanks for your help.

There have been a couple of posts involving problems with the same set of items recently. I haven't paid much attention, because I have nothing to contribute. You might be able to find them on this or the next page, it hasn't been long.
