If you have it in your school, take it. I am so glad I did, and so is my good friend.
I used to weight 155 when started, now I weight 148, look way skinnier and I am so much stronger. This new years I did like 1 pull up, now I can do 8, and normal pull ups where your arms face away. My friend was 195, now 180. But he is f*cking strong, benches 200 without ever working out, Looks fat though. Just wanted to tell everyone that if you are in high school and have this class, take it!

Re: Weight Training Class
Take it in college too, I am taking it this fall and this is how the class works. It meets 3 times in the semester and to pass the class all you have to do is go to the gym and work out 3 times a week. I do that (and more) anyway so its a free A!
