I know alot of people probably hate these threads, but I really can't think of anything to buy with my money. I've got a short shifter, short ram intake, and indiglo gauges so far. Now, this is all the money I am going to have to spend on my car for awile, so please don't suggest to save it.

I was thinking little misc. stuff to dress the car up a bit. Chrome mitsu badge for the hood, slick shift knob/boot, maybe a SMALL amount of interior painting. I was also thinking about blue interior LEDs (to accent my gauges, which can be blue or green), like under the dash on each side, and hidden in the air vents...little stuff like that. Or possible a freshly painted valve cover, and maybe an eBay UDP or header, something along those lines. Then again, I always have a second thought about things and get to thinking its a stupid idea/waste of my money. So I just need some fresh ideas and some reassurance in what I should be throwing my money at.

If anyone has any ideas, i'm open to anything, it is absolutly driving me crazy trying to find something worth my money to buy for my car.

Save it for a turbo. Well maybe headers? Or just save it.

I appreciate the suggestion, but dont you mean HEADER? (singular) and did you read that one part in my first post..I think it said something like "Now, this is all the money I am going to have to spend on my car for awile, so please DON'T suggest to save it. "....at least I think that's what it said.

If you have any other suggestions...they're also appreciated.

i would say LED interior lights. theres nothing like having your car look just cool as hell in the dark. i like the idea of in the ait vents. put them there under the dash by your feet, in on the side of your seats. LEDs look awesome at night. I would also consider buying a header.

To drewh4368, yes I was correcting you, and I said I appreciated your suggestion.

To 91 Eclipse, yah I think i'll go with the LEDs, since I have a friend that works at Advanced Auto Parts, i'm sure I can get them for next to nothing. As for the header, I found one on eBay for $150.50 shipped, I could probably swing that. Yet, I wonder what else I could get instead of a header, I mean, I don't even have an exhaust yet so a header won't really healp me too much at this time (yes, I know the intake won't help me at all until I get an exhaust either, but it still sounds cool

)

As for spending it on an exhaust (which im sure someone was going to say) I am getting my buddy at Kar-Kare Muffler shop to mandrel bend me some 2.25" piping and get me a high-flow cat within the next month or so. After that i'll just grab a cheap-o muffler for now.

Ok so here's what i've got so far:

Header - Maybe
Interior LEDs - Sure thing
UDP - ?
Anything else, anyone - ?

Yah, I could get some adjustable coilovers cheap, but i'm pretty sure they're going to ruin any chance of a smooth ride, unless I get some good gas shocks...which would probably start around $250.

I'll look more into it though, thanks for that idea.

try to find a nice deal on a front lip. Those things make the eclipse look a little better.

ok dude i seriously have never heard any one call them a header. they are headers. there isnt one tube there are 4 there for making it plural. ok as for what u should buy... what model is your car? RS/GS, GST or GSX?

You dont have a V8. U have a header for a 4 banger.

Ok a header is for inlines and headers are for v's. Think about it this way. A header takes exhaust gases from the head, and thus comes its name. If there is one head (I-4,I-5,I-6 ect.) theres one header. If there are two heads (v6,v8,v10 ect.) then it would be plural as in headers.

As for the 115 to spend, I would get either the led's or maybe front and back strut braces to stiffen it up in the corners a bit. The front is really optional, as the strut towers are somewhat close to the firewall and dont really need it much. The back does help some especially if you score upper and lower braces. yeah, the 2 posts above are right. 4 cylinders only have A header not headers. Also his car is in his sig, just look.

Are those the "halo headlights" that everyone say keep burning out? If not what are they and where did you get them? I have been wanting a set, but if they keep dying on everyone I think I'll wait.
