buzzing sound

I recently changed the spark plugs on my 2002 2.4L Cav and placed the IDI cover back on. I tightened the bolts till they were tight and after starting the car and shutting it off I noticed a buzzing sound coming from the engine. Is this normal or did I mess something up? The sound goes away after a few minutes. Any advice would be appreciated.
