1991 caravan engine swap

Is it possible to take out current engine 3.3L V6 on 1991 Dodge Caravan and put in a 3.8L V6.

Anything is possible if you want to spend the money. You may need a new computer, wiring harness and transmission to complete the swap but it can be done.
