'97 Park Ave Pass. Power Seat

I was wondering if there is any way to manually recline and decline my passengers side seat. If there is how easy is it to do? If not, approx. how much do you think it would cost to get it to an upright position again.

Thanks,
NV

No way to manually put the seat back up. Cost of repair, all depends on what the problem is. It's either a wiring issue or a motor failure.
