Question 99 Lumina, 3.8L #6 missfire

I have a problem with one at work. I am hopeing someone out here will have had the same problem, but skeptic. I have a 99 Lumina (same engien and parts as 97) that is defiantaly not fireing on #6. the plug is good, the wire is good, the injector has been swaped around to see if problem followed, and the O2 sensor was checked, and I did a cylinder pressure test. All checked out great. I have even gone so far as to swap EGR valves out with another sedan. I checked around by sight and hearing and the vacume seems good. Same thing, missfire #6 while watching with the scan tool. Does anyone have a solution? I am Air Force and running out of time. The cops have put about 300,000 miles on this thing. Any advise that is within scope would be greatly appreciated.

one more thing, the reason I replaced EGR vale with another engine was while useing the scan tool we have (genisus) is that the only test I ran that failed other than the missfire was the EGR test? Replaced EGR and still failed on idle and deceleration
