97 Prelude Auto trans. shifting delay/hesitation from 1st to 2nd DTC P0700 HELP??

Hi, I'm getting this code from my Auto Trans. 97 Honda Prelude:
Trouble Code: P0700
Vehicle Qualification: Honda Prelude
Description: Transmission Control System (MIL Request)
I have a 97-99 service manual but I can't find that exact code in the trouble shooting flow chart.
What should I do now??
Here's my symptoms: From first to second gear it hesitates to shift, then when it does I feel a jerk. I figure the jerk is from a bad engine mount but that doesn't explain the shifting problem. The transmission is not slipping as far as I can tell. This hesitant in shifting occurs worst when turning.
