90+ stereo install assistance

Okay - the guy that owned my car before me absolutely destroyed most of the wiring in the stereo harness when doing his 'install'. I have rewired most everything in the car already and will be doing stage 2 soon to finish the rest of it. I am having 1 problem though - I have traced most of the primary wires out already and replaced them, but I am having difficulty with one in particular. I know I can figure it out eventually, but I don't want to rip the whole dash out just to figure it out. Could anybody please tell me what color wire the 'illumination' control wire is? It's not a big, big deal - but my stereo gets a little confused every once in a while and flashes to full illumination without the wire connected. Really more of a bother than a real problem - but I'd like to get it right when I go back in for more 'harness surgery'. It really was a scary mess in there before now it's starting to be more reasonable. Even the antenna wiring was damaged by this master of electronics and will have to be replaced!
