camshaft - wich one?

I have a 90 325i. Ive been searching for a while for a performance camshaft. Ive found a couple at Bavarian Autosport, and a few at Bmpd. Who offers the best camshaft for a weekend racer, and who has the best price? What degree shoudl i get?
