04 Dakota Steering noise

My O4 Dakota has a rumbling noise in the front end and a slight vibration in the steering wheel, when I turn the wheels to the left and right, only when the truck is setting still. When the truck is moving it makes no noise. It sounds like something is too tight. I had it to the dealer 2 times and they said they can't find anything wrong. They went over the whole front end, and everything is working fine. Has anyone esle had this problem?

I recently had power steering problems on my 05 dakota quad. steering hard while driving.
I added Lukas Oils Power steering additive and the problem is solved.
