Thumbs up Ebay Fraudster caught!!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/4512709.stm

Hopefully this will lead to more of them getting nobbled, and making our purchases of Mclaren related goods over the internet safer, as i know there have been a few posts relating to Mclaren orientated merchandise being bid on via Ebay and then the seller not coming up with goods once payment has been sent.

I prefer to use Ebay as it has a better scope of goods relating to Mclaren than any shop that i know of, and it makes my mind more at ease when i hear fraudsters are getting caught!!

Re: Ebay Fraudster caught!!

Well, to be honest, it's a very, very small drop in the vast ocean of fraud that's out there. The majority of the professional fraudsters aren't caught, unfortunately. That makes Ebay a complete crapshoot, unless you know the seller. And even then, it could be a hijacked account. Buyer beware.
