Lube

I have a 2001 Cav that I do my own oil changes on. Are there any lube points that I need to worry about or is this a completely sealed chassy?

there are two fittings on it.. they are on the tie rod ends close to the bottom of the car... you dont have to grease them everytime but atleast everyother time....
