After effects of Halo Lights.

I just installed my Halo projector lights, by tapping the parking lights on my Honda Accord.

Anyone experienced a hissing noise when you turn on the idling blinkers?
WHen they blink, they ocassionally makes a low hissing or whistling noise.
The blinking lights wires were never tapped though, as I used the parking lights for my Halo rings.
Anyone know what's going on?
