Can someone in VERY SIMPLE TERMS or illustrations show me where the AC clutch is. Someone mentioned to me last year to spray WD40 on the clutch to stop the grinding noise it makes. I have not used my AC for any length of time this year yet (I've turned it on to make sure it still works before being stuck in 90 degree weather without it) and I could faintly hear that same noise I was hearing last year.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance. |

Re: AC Clutch location
Basically, the AC clutch is part of the AC pulley assembly that is run by your belt. The pulley is directly attached to the AC compressor. The clutch assmbly. is inside the pulley you see that has the belt on it.
