Re: 20 over

Depends on the state. Some places 20 over is wreckless driving, others (at least Ohio) 25 over is wreckless.

Re: 20 over

My memories recall one time I was doing 175km/h in a 110, got busted, court reduces it to 49 km over the limit, got a huge ass fine. No felony for this canadian man. Luckily I was able to drive home with my girl. BTW it was in a rented Grand Prix GTP. The thing rpm cuts-off at 175. School/Play grounds are easy to double the limit. That is dangerous driving. Anything 50km/h is dangerous driving. Dunno about our neighbors to the South.

Maybe he didnt have his radar on?

Ive pasted cops numerous time going over the speed limit. (IE 95 in a 50) and this cop was on the side of the road facing the direction i was going. He never even flinched.

Re: 20 over

Nah...I got pulled over for 22 over north of the Aurora airport. In IL 25 over is reckless driving. I was really going atleast 35-40 over but the cop was a really nice guy and knocked it down a notch for me.
