Secondary Air Injection website

Hey I had a problem with my secondary air injection valve...well, basically the code popped up on the OBD-II, and I had no clue what it was, so i went in search of some explanations. Since my Haynes manual tells me NOTHING, I checked online. Check out this site, it's not a VW site, but the pictures of the parts are the exact same.

So you can all read, and get a little education as to what this thing does in yrou car, and to where it can/could break-down.

Most likely if you take it to a Dealership, they'll just start replacing parts, and that costs money. If you have a tools set at home ,you could replace any of the parts in this whole system....save some cizzash.

THE LIGHT OF CHECK ENGINE CAME ON ,, I CHECKE IT ,, OR IN ANOTHER WORDS I SCAND THE HOLE FRICKING CAR ,, AND TO MAKE THE LONG STORY SHORT , IT'S SAID ,, SECUNDARY AIR INJUCTION -- I ASKED THE PRICE ON THE DEALER AND IT COST $300 , I JUST SAW ONE USED THAT THEY ARE SELLING ON E BAY

THE MECANIC TRY TO FIX IT,, WELL, NOT REALLY FIXED IT ,, THE POINT IS THAT IT WAS ( I THINK) UNNPLUGGED WRONG, BECAUSE THE BASE WAS LOOSE,, BROKEN SCREWS , SO HE RESTARTED THE COMPUTER AND THE LIGHT WENT OFF,,,,, BUT AFTER A ROOFF,,, REALI FOOF ACCELERATION AND A TURN,, THE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN ,, WHAT SHOULD I DO????????????? PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE

IF I BUY IT , WOULD THIS FIX THE PROBLEM ,,, WHEN I INSPECTED THE PUMP ,, THE THEREE SCREW THAT HOLD THE BASE OF THE PUM WHERE BROKEN ,, I BUYED THEM AT THE DELER ,, I SPEND 32 DOLLARS SO FAR,, I UNPLUGEED THE BATTERY , BUY THAT DIDN'T RESTARTED THE COMPUTER I DON'T KNOW IF IS FIXED OR IF I NEED ANOTHER ONE,, HOW COULD I RESTART THE COMPUTER , SO DE ENGINE LIGHT GOES OFF,,,,,,,,,,
