Insurance Question...

once u modify ur car with a cold air intake insurance wont cover u will it?

incorrect, modifications do not affect insurance coverage. The only difference is that insurance will not pay for modifications in the event of theft over the amount of $5000 unless you pay extra.

of course they will cover you. There is no reason why they wouldnt.
