2000 Grand Am Passenger side high beam won't work
Here's the problem....
I noticed one day that my passenger side highbeam was out. I went to Autozone and got a replacement bulb (the correct one) and installed it. To my surprise, it did not fix the problem. The highbeam still does not work! Due to this, my service vehicle soon light is on. I'm not sure where to go from here...everything else works fine. I can't see there being a fuse for just that highbeam? Can anyone help???? |

Re: 2000 Grand Am Passenger side high beam won't work
If it is only one side and you have changed the bulb with a new one then you most likely have a wiring issue between the high beam switch and the bulb. check the plug that the bulb plugs in, check to make sure there is no corrosion at the contact points then trace the wires to see if you have a broken wire or something similar.
You may also want to check the new bulb by putting it in the side that works. Other than the above, there are not any other things that it could be. I hope this helps, Welcome to the Forum. |
