Primer
Is this stuff okay to use on Tamiya kits (or any others even)? And can I use acrylic spray paints over it?

What kind- Tamiya primer? Tamiya primer is definately safe to use on all plastic kits, and is safe under all hobby paints, and probably most automotive paints as well.

if you haven't already, read all the FAQ's and tutorials...you'll find out answers quicker than making threads. As for that particular primer, it should seem to work, since it's being sold from an online hobby shop right? Most primers should be ok to use on your plastic. If you want to be safe, test it out on spare plastic first.
