Distributor?

On a 1985 chevy G20 van what else could be wrong with not getting spark Has new battery new plugs and wires new distributor cap and rotor The only thing left to change is the pickup coil?

Do you mean the module (just below the rotor)?
First, make sure the distributor is receiving 12 volts positive power supply.
Then try a new module. Sometimes you can get the old one tested, but chances are, after 20 years, the old one has just about had it anyways.

Also, it might be the ignition coil.
