Front Brake Pads Replacement

Hello all...I have a 97 528 with 103,000KMS on the clock...I need to replace the front pads and will also have the brake fluid replaced same time..the rotors still look good but will likely be machined...

QUESTION: Is there anyone out there that can recommend front pads which I could use as a replacement. I'm tired of all the brake dust. Also, has anyone used the dust shields (kleen Wheels Product) and what do you think, is it worth purchasing?
