Question Mid 80's 318

I am thinking about buying a 318 from the 1985 to 1987 era. I am curious of how these cars rate amongst those of you out there that own one. Also if someone can please fill me in on the i, t, c, etc after the 318. I am not certain how the different letters correspond with the features included. And if anyone can get me info on aftermarket accesories for these cars I would appreciate it so much!
