Blower motor not working

Can someone help me out with this one. I have a 97 LS and the heater blower works when it feels like it. Some days I turn the switch, and nothing, after the truck warms up I have heat. Does this thing have a blower motor resistor?

thanks

JKdon

On my 99 blazer, it is located on the top left of the blower motor cover by the fire wall. your hi speed should work. I just lost my two lower speeds. Check your connectors at your blower motor and resistor to see if they are loose or dirty.

Re: Blower motor not working

If it is the resistor pack, only the high will work.

If it won't work on any setting, you have a bad blower motor or switch.
