is there some sort of brake selector valve?

okay, im dead broke tried to fix the passenger side rear wheel clynder. and cant get it done. what i would like to do is be able to dissable the rear drums so i can get to work and back till i get my first check and get it to a shop to have it fixed right, is there a selector valve of some sort to shut down the rear brakes? please help???!!!!! if there is a valve of some sort how do i go about it? okay i just noticed i forgot to put what year park ave i have, its a 93 park ave standard.
