turbo question

I am about to turbo my 2000 , the 4g63 turbo kit available at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...971760642&rd=1 and its cheap, would it fit on my GS 4g64?

while i dont know with complete confidence i would say yes seeing how the 2g exhaust manifolds fit our 3g's so if it was designed to bolt up to a 2g then it shouldnt be a problem. may be the location of the turbo might matter but i dont know. like i said above i only know that the manifold fits our engine i dont know about the rest of the kit, seems like a fair price

the 2G manifold will fit. the turbo will fit also but there might be some clearance issues with the A/C. the turbo will come very close to the A/C.

By the way, good find. thats a mighty fine looking manifold

Stay away from that kit like it was a hooker with herpes.

If the price is "too good to be true" the product usually is too.

Look up stories with SSAutochrome on www.dsmtuners.com and www.dsmtalk.com.

true, if i had a camera, i'd take a pic of my formally stainless headers. Now dis-colored. Except my welds were ok.

but thats a pretty bold statement. you are pretty much saying that ANYBODY that sells chromed 2G manifolds on ebay are from this company. im sure there is more than one company that sells these products.

Take it how you will, but avoid putting words in my mouth. That is the EXACT package I am talking about, but there is no way it could be the same thing since sombody else is selling it.

Edit: Also, note that that is NOT a 2g manifold. It is a tubular manifold. Again, your words and my statement should not be confused.

When your "not 10000000% quality" turbo shits the bed because you were to cheap to do it right ONCE, someone PM me so I can come tease you for not listening. THere are a few GOOD kits for the 2k+ Eclipses, but I don't think any are around a grand.

Correct me if I'm wrong 2k+ folks.

Well, lucky you, i dont drive a DSM> nor any year eclipse. i drive a supra, and always have. I but the best quality and never less, because it is my car. my friend said i have 1,200 bucks to get his shit turbo'd. someone just help and dont be an ass, its not me that broke
