Mis-Spelled tickets

Mis-Spelled tickets will get you off. Question every word, every letter. Every ticket I get, I can barely read the donut eating twinky chowing, ticket quota meeting porker. Why are most cops over-weight? Prime example of that Atlanta guy shooting the court judge. You see their security, sure we got tight budgets, but this rent-a-fat-cop security deal they got going on. That one woman court cop lady must have been 200 lbs over-weight. I guess they are the city's rejects. I guess I am abit biased. Was messing with these mostly immigrant cabbies. How they take up a lane with their back end always out. Or they just stop in the lane, to drop off fares or to pick em up. I was messing with a few recent immigrant cabbies, that seem to have no clue of traffic code. And I got pulled over. Now I was completely legal, however these pigs turn a blind eye to these illegal immigrants, that can barely speak english. I want all immigrants to pass a english speaking and writing test before given acceptance into my country. But the turn-door style of filling cabbie jobs, janitorial jobs, corner store marts is pissing me off. Those jobs need to be filled. And our lazy squeegy kids are too proud to flip burgers at McTummyAche, or be a Wal-Mart greeter. Sure I poke fun at them, but most walmart employees are illegals anyway, or geriatric unit patients. Ya im mad, that the pig lit me up. But hey, its all fun and games until a cabbie runs into the back of me and I can sue for a couple hundred thousand bucks.

1) This has absolutely nothing to do with traffic violations
2) drdisque is absolutely correct
3) We here at AF appreciate respect...and frown on ignorant posts such as the one you so willingly just provided, so in the future please post your thoughts/questions/complaints in the appropriate place, and keep them respectful.

Oh and 4) mis-spelled tickets will NOT always get you off. Unless it is a serious mistake, chances are it wont matter.

So true... I got a ticket many years ago for a simple violation,( can't remember what it was,) anyways, on the ticket, my date of birth, and the date of the offense were transposed. I asked a lawyer friend who handled traffic law cases, and he said it wasn't enough to void the ticket. Sure enough, he was right. The judge called it a "simple error" and let the ticket stand.

Unless your a full-blooded Native American, your family immigrated at one point. And Im sure they didn't speak fluent Native American when they came to the Native American's country. So how can you rightfully lay claim to something that isn't truly yours in the first place?

Well anyway, where I am at, the ticket has to be spelled correctly. Your name, address, street in which violation took place. Its like when a court clerk makes an error, they have to re-try the case. Also if the copper don't show; you win, so re-schedule as much as possible.

Cars with cruise control are best, I use it all the time. Even within the city. I have not gotten a speeding ticket in years.

As for the other comments. You can say that with any country in the world can't you. It's the basic defense of this type of thing. Because every country has immigrants in it. Goes back to the adam and eve thing. Go back a few thousand years B.C. Everyone is an immigrant. If you go back far enough, you can spin it anyway you like. Just like the bible.

You can even spin the bible anyway you want. It is basically a bunch of books put together. And interpreted (spell check please) over the years, and changed. It is like having a group of 100 people. The first person tells a story to the second. And the second persons tries to tell the thrid. By the time you get to the 100th person, the story is so twisted it is not even the original story anymore. It is the 100th persons story. Religion controls what people think, say and do. Religious people have not gone thru hell. Spirituality is for people who have gone thru hell and lived to tell the story.
