replaceing 305 with 351, need some help

Hello, I have a 1984 Chev Beauville van with a 305, Want to replace with a engine from a 69 Impala 351. Does anyone know if the Bell Housing will bolt up to the 351, or if i will have to replavce the entire drive. Also wondering if i can get this 351 engine in and if it will mount to the existing mounts, Also will i need a new or modifiede drive shaft for this project. We have the two vehicles ready to go, just need some advice before we start to tear each of them apart. Any information or suggestions regarding this swap would be much appreciated.
