I put on my apex cat back and it rubs the bottom of the car towards the back and right under the back seats. It makes a annoying vibrating sound. When i put the cat on i didn't replace the hangers so does anyone think new hangers will give it a stiffer support to stop the rubbing. Or any other ideas would be awesome.

Ya, they might - that's about the only thing I can think of that might cause that.

Is it rubbing on the heat shield? I had to mod my shield slightly to prevent rattling.

it rubs right past the resinator when i turn or go up or down hill and it also rubs where the exhaust goes over top of the back right tire setup whatever you call it right past the muffler.

I think your on the right track. You can try either new hangers or moding the heat sheild. The hangers are cheap, and moding hte sheild is easy enough.
