what could be the problem?

when i put my turbo in my car and started it for the first time oil started comming out of the turbo into the downpioe, so i thought maybe my return line was clogged so i took the line of the pan and started the car and nothing came out, so i took the line completly off the turbo and then blew air through the line iand no problem, i put on a different line anyways just incase, still no return, so i just took everything apart, so now i have my whole turbo kit jus tlaying here and im getting impatient.

while its apart i have been trying to figure out why im having this problem with my turbo, i was thinking maybe i havea bad seal, so i took the turbo apart and all the seals were fine (the turbo is brand new) so i put it all back together, and i dumped some oil into the oil feed and nothing came ot the oil return, so i was thinking maybe the oil return in my turbo is bad, but i dont know what would cause that. i was also thinking that maybe i need an oil restrictor too becasue somebody else was saying that was their problem when this happened to them. somebody let me know i want to get this thing in.
