01' mass air flow sensor
01' 4.8 Vortec v8 silverado 2 wheel drive: Is it worth it to buy a $350 mass air flow sensor??? Will I get more "bang for my buck" with $700 headers?? What mods can I do to increase gas mileage??

Drive like there's an egg under your foot. I tried that during my last tank and city mileage went up by 1mpg. The price of those two mods would buy a lot of gas.
