85 crx si - side sill metal panels
pulled off the plastic rocker covers and discovered extensive rust underneath. so far my search found replacement parts (inside side sill -$79) (exterior side sill - $149) at hondapartsdeals.com. anybody know of better prices on the 'net?

You might try to see if you can get them from a junk yard. Just grab a Sawzall and cut out the metal parts you need, then weld 'em in your car. Would probably cost about $10-$20.
As far as finding them on the internet goes, I'm not sure where else you could look. Maybe someone else has some ideas (?).

no rust-free ones in my area
practically all 84-87 crx in the junkyards in the northern ohio area are there due to rust beyond repair. the cities luv to salt roads in the winter here. rock salt is mined under lake erie. so its cheap to buy.

Send me a pic of the parts you need and maybe I can get them for you. I love going to the junkyard with a cordless sawzall!!!
Maybe I can grab some quarter panels for cvcc_wagon while I'm at it!
