Post 4 wheeling maintenance

Hey Guys,
Congrats on the single best depot of Tacoma info I have come accross!
I have a 2001 4X4 TRD Taco
Here is my issue:
did some off-rading a couple of weeks back (lots o' mud and some black diamond goodness) and noticed afterward that my alignment was off (I expected that). After getting that adjusted the truck still feels heavy in a sense. The engine seems fine but it is when driving and I let off of the gas that I feel the added resistance. I didn't do the smart thing and clean out all of the caked on mud that is everywhere and was thinking that it may have gotten into the fron hub. What are your thoughts and how should I go about resolving this?

*Thanks in advance for any & all help!

Andres

Put it on a lift and look around carefully. You can probably spot the problem if you take your time.

Take it to a car wash where they have high pressure washers. Spray off the undercarriage, paying particular attention to the inside of wheelwells, rims, drivelines, etc...

Hey aavelar, I think BrianR was referring to ILETEMGO's post. I don't think you did anything wrong. Take it easy.

Sorry that I wasn't clear. I was referring to the post just before mine where I dotted out the site he posted. Since I repeated his words, I thought my reference was obvious.

If you are against this policy in general, then that is another matter entirely. But you did nothing wrong.

I have read them. I wasn't advertising any website. The knowledge on that board is at least 1,000 times what it is here. I was trying to help the guy out, that's all.

Re: Post 4 wheeling maintenance

If you help him out by posting a link to a specific discussion that solves his problem, then it is clearly allowed. If you post a web site saying here is a better site that this one, then that is advertising in my opinion and it is not allowed. It doesn't matter what you were trying to do, it only matters what you did. Your opinion of the quality of that website is irrelevant.
