Blown oil pan gasket
Yesterday I went to change my oil and discovered that I have a blown oil pan gasket. I had a mechanic check it, but he won't do the work because he's not familiar with it. I will be taking it to the dealership
Monday. I was wondering if they will have to pull the engine to do the replacement. If anyone has had this done, what's it going to run me? Also, I want to put 18''x7.5's with a low profile tire on my car, and was wondering if they will tuck alright. It's a 2001 GP GT. |

The motor has to be "raised" not removed. Cost, I would get that before the even look. Dealer may have different prices from city to cities. Good luck

The best size tire to keep the speedo correct would be a 245/45-18.
