Question Questions About my Integra Weird?????

I have a question about my Acura Integra 2001 GSR I am noticing a few weird things about my integra. Well the first thing is every time I stop at a light the rpm gauges drop and come up a little and you hear the fan go on on the motor now that pretty much happens almost every time I stop at a light. Something else that I noticed was when I open my I see that oil stick is trembling and see some other wires trembling its weird, also I smell a hint of like coolant burning or a funny sweet smell. Now no check engine lights come and temp gauge looks normal. I had to take apart the console that holds the speed odometer and rpm, temp and fuel gauges because I have indiglo gauges and on the temp one it kind of holds back the needle, but I took it apart and tested I let the car run for like 15 mins and rev it up and it didn't go past the middle. So if some one can tell me if all of what I listed is normal or I am just paranoid. Thx
