Question Any kits made of MG ZR?

Well this is my question.. Does anyone know if someone has made the new MG ZR?

I would be very happy if some one has cast it... but I can hardly believe it. The reason why I want one is because my Scholl are going to race in JTCC (like BTCC but three steps down.. an entry class for the Swedish Touring Car Championship) with one.

This is how our car looks.

There's a skip outside my house looks quite similar - probably better performance as well!

He he!

Ah come on guys.. That was the "only" mass produced car that was owned by a British company. It had unique "old" skool style and had the famous "MG" badge on it. You have to hand it to the Rover Management, who else could put new fronts on cars for so long and expect to make a profit..

Darn shame what Rover did to the MG name, and a total shambles, however he did ask if anyone made a kit of the car, and as such I've not seen one. Good luck in finding one.

And good luck in racing your rover - don't crash, as you won't get parts for it..!! Well that's perhaps open to debate.

Well Rover MG changed the front end to try and keep the car looking new. It was a rotten tactic, as the car hadn't changed at all. It was an 8 + year old design, and was TBH at the time of release a decent car. But times change, but Rover MG cars didn't. They did the same with the MG 45, and MG 75. Little wonder they are now in administration. I VERY much doubt you will see any 1/24 scale models cast or not of the rover MG ZR. Sorry..!!

ooh i see, i'm looking to do a motorsports course in university here in england, theuni teaches us what we need to know then they give us money and resources etc.. and we build a race car and race it in the formula student cup, but thats open wheel things only a little bigger than go-karts.
anyway, wish you all the best in JTCC let's see if british engineering will win you the championship !
