Prelude or Integra

Hey I am about to get another car, but i am thinking what should i get, a 1998/99 Prelude or a 1998/99 Integra....which one is faster, which one is overall better, i need opinions because i am stuck trying to decide and need some expert advice

Stock vs stock the integra type-r is the fastest. Second would be the prelude, 3rd an integra GSR.

The type-r is pretty expensive/hard to find.
GSR's are everywhere.
