Unhappy The R34...is no more!!

Just read that production of the R34 has stopped as of April 2002!! I guess this means I will never have the chance to buy a R34 with 0 miles on it Please someone who knows, prove me wrong on this one!!! I always dream about getting the keys to a GTR with 0 miles, doing the routine 3000 mile break in and as soon as it rolls over to 30001 going balls out trying to drift and doin a few wangan runs....guess that dream will never come

Bye Mr. Skyline R34 V-Spec II NUR, I'll miss you

All they need to do now is stop production on the S15 and I'll go crazy

They killed both.

Personally, I've been trying to mentally project into the mind of some Japanese person the idea of buying an R34 and storing it in pristine condition until I come along some undetermined time in the future and offer to buy it.

You have a better plan?

yup. nissan has axed both the S15 and the R34 because of new stricter emissions laws in japan. they both will stop production in august. the GT-R would stop production for a year or 2 until the newer R35 comes out. sooo its goin to take a break like it did before. but before the GT-R's goes out. its goin to go out with a bang. durin the last months of production. nissan is goin to release the N1 editions.

heh yes we can always dream. i was suppose to start savin up for my R34 starting this year and i figured if i live w/ith my parents for 12 years. i'll have 60K saved up and by that time the price of a used R34 would be aroudn there. but hey~ i doubt i'll have the determination to save that kind of money. i dunno
