99 2.3cl intake noise

I installed a AEM cold air intake from a 94 accord which fits perfectly, but when the car warms up a bit I get a fairly loud hum coming from the intake. The only thing i can figure is the air control valve is making the noise. It is consistant at all RPM's, tone doesnt change. (until the engine noise covers it)Any suggestions on eliminating this or do I live with it.

My car does it as well for 30-60 seconds and then it is fine. I think it is normal.
