FS: Darton Sleeved 81.50 LS short block

Okay, This might end up as a long post. I am selling this for one of my best friends. I purchased the block from Honda tech in october of last year for my friend. It is a b18a shortblock that was converted to drop right in to a b18b car.
I am not going to lie or mislead anyone. When I received this block, it was supposed to be ready to drop right in; it was far from it!

I paid 1200 for the block and thought I found a killer deal. WRONG, my first time being screwed on H-T.

When it was all said and done, the block had burnt pistons, it had spun a rod bearing, the rods were nasty. All in all, the block was shit.

Here is the good news:

The block was disasembled and bored to .20 over, the cylinders were honed and the crank was balnced, polished, and blueprinted. The block has oversized .25 over main and rod bearings.

Thios block was completely overhauled by Perfomrance Motorsports here outside of Cincinnati.

He has decided to wait on boosting his car since he has now over 2600.00 in the short block.

He has spent several hundered dollars in machine work and making sure the block was in good shape again and worthy of boost.

He is willing to sell the short block consisting of:

Block
Main caps
Crank
Main, thrust, and rod bearings
Windage tray

For 1200.00 + shipping.

If someone would be interested, The short block is already assembled with all of the above, as well as the following:

Eagle H beam rods
JE SRP Pistons
JE Piston Rings
ARP Rod bolts

- All of which has been balanced and blueprinted by Performance Motorsports. The overall compression is 9.2.1 and if you need a head, i have a b18b head that I can include for another 100.00.

He would be willing to sell the complete shortblock (-less the water pump, oil pump, oil pan, and oil pickup) for 2000.00.

Considering the money he has invested and the fact that these are all new parts, i consider this to be a damn good deal.

I would be more than happy to answer any questions reguarding the block. I am not a piece of shit seller like the bastard that sold this block to me, I will disclose anything and everything I know about this block. I have shit loads of feedback on H-T as well as many other boards and ebay.

If need be, I beleive he has most, if not all of the receipts. If people have interest in this block, I will take pictures and post them

This block is priced to sell, please do not send me pm's asking me if I will take 700.00 and an intake or something ridiculous.

If someone has some certain turbo parts, he would consider a partial trade for that.
