truck bogs down if I step on it

This is really weird, the chevy started to bog down if I jump on the gas but picks up the pace if I ease off about halfway off the gas pedal, anybody have any idea what it could be?

Does it feel like its flooding? Plugs? Throttle body cleaning?

Mine did that right before the fuel pump went out due to reduced fuel pressure.

That or convertor problems?

itīs a 2000 2wd c/k2500 truck regular cab with a 5.7 liter (donīt believe me, here is the vin, check it out on autocheck.com 1GCEC24R6YZ141177) with 75275 km. and no, I donīt rememeber having replaced the filters, so itīs time to do it I suppose. But it does feel like it wants to flood. maybe the gap on the plugs got too big? I bought new plug cables and distributor cap, Iīll change that this weekend just because I bought the AC delco ones, I just noticed I have bosch cables on right now.
