'96 Villager AC troubleshooting

Help me out please. Compressor is working switches in the cab are working and no cold air. Checked the R134a pressure and the guage read in the red which indicates a mechanical problem but I can't find a single mechanical problem but I'm not exactly sure what to look for. What should I try next?
