Kinda funny story...

well back in febuary I bought a 88 CRX si as a parts car... not having anywere to store the car for the next couple months i worked out a deal with the owned of the car to pay for the extra parking space for the next 4 months (10$ a months).

well a few weeks after i bought the car I sold the seats out of it, and a few little interior peices I did not need. and it sat there relatively untouched (or so I though).

the car was locked and I am one of the only people with a key.

a week ago I get an e-mail from the owner asking if I still want the car ( it's got a perfectly good D16A6... of course I still want it. apperantly the landlord was giving him greef over the car being an "eyesore"... it get's me to thinking how does missing a few interior peices qualify as eyesore ?... well I went to see the car... and well someone stole the front bumper off the damn thing.

yeah someone stole my 88 CRX Front Bumper... I was like WTF why would they steal a front bumper... I poped the hood (hood pins) latch broken and check the motor... everything is there... distributor, resistor box ... ect.


i had a good laugh and shook my head in disbelief... called the old owner asking when he noticed the bumper was gone... he said it was a month... he was a shocked as me when he learned I did not take it. still worth a good chuckle though....

oh well.

well over here crack or drugs are not a huge problem, theft is very low here... most people don't lock the door to their cars or houses at night.

I think it was stolen by an other So called "tuner" little does he know that I know almost everyone that has a "tuned" in town...
