It doesn't matter.

Body kit would be the LAST THING to go on my car...

Well...before TYpe-R badges and altezzas maybe..

J/K what kit did you get?

The exhuast should fit fine if u got a pretty good quality kit.

Body kit would be the last thing to go on my car too. I just really prefer performance over looks!

I would never go for a body kit, just some simple lips. Performance over looks for me as stated before, so the catback would be my first option. But if you are willing to look into other options, I'd work on the suspension first.

The evo is a nice exhaust. Deep and throaty. I prefer the 5Zigen Fireball though, which is deeper and has a lower tone than the Evo. Also, the tip on the Fireball isn't a crazy 4'', it's only 3''.
Also, other engine mods will affect how your exhaust sounds, to a certain extent. For example, a CAI and a set of headers will make a deeper and definitely louder tone.

the cat back won't do anything with the added weight of the body kit

i must say that the greddy evo is an ugly exhaust and I dont think it looked good on any car, lookz of exhaust matter to me though, but yes it does sound very nice. The best mod I have ever done to my car was and is the suspension, nothing beats riding low and comfortable...
