3.5 stalls when stopping

I have a 1994 Chrsyler LHS 3.5. It stalls once it warms up and you come to a stop. It also has a little bit of a ruff idel just sitting still when you start it. It always starts back up but sometimes cranks longer then it should.
I have replaced both the Cam and crank postion sensors and also the spark plugs. No effect. Fuel pressure regulator seems to be fine and does not leak into the vacume port. Anyone have any ideas here?

failing fuel pump?
fuel filter?
injectors?
plug wires?
IAC motor?
???????????

Also head gaskets are still good.

If you havent changed plugs and wires start there, it's probably due for that, also fuel filter is a possibility. IAC motor is a possibility if it is sticking but I generally think that on a cold start if the engine RPM is higher than normal then settles back down is an indicator that it's functioning, some Fuel Injection Cleaner wouldn't hurt to clean them out. You said you checked the vacuum ports but did you also check the intake namifold? Intake Manifold gasket leakage is common to these engines, check for vacuum leaks at the manifold to head and plenum to manifold sealing surfaces.

Also a word to the wise, you shouldn't triple post in 3 different sections with the same problem, the Mods kind of frown on that. I answered here because this is the LHS Area and that is what you are driving.
