what would you pay for this truck?

i'll try to describe it as best as possible, without going overboard and making this too long...

-'97 GMC K1500 Ext. Cab Shortbed Z71 Pickup
-Black with gray cloth interior
-PW, PL, Tilt, CC, AM/FM Tape w/ CD, A/C
-Third door
-329,600 miles (yes, you read that correctly)
-crunched front left fender and door (door is minorly crunched)

truck is pretty solid - cab corners are starting to bubble, but not badly. it needs some blower motor work (doesn't work at all), needs the left fender & door fixed (maybe - might just paint it up and live with it), needs a good buff/was, and some touch up.

new parts just installed: plugs, wires, cap, rotor, egr valve, front rotors, front calipers w/pads, 2 new (generic) rear tires (fronts are decent), oil & filter.

i know it's hard to guess a price w/o seeing this truck, but it's a silent auction thing, and i have no idea what to throw at it.

Anybody help me out? KBB says trade in is ~$4500 (private party ~$6500). i can't see ANYBODY that would fork out over $4k for a rig with over 300K on it, especially a dealer.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
