Cool wiring

i have a 99 yukon sle old body style.behind the passenger rear panel by the gate is an extra plug. i know it not for the lock or the defroster. i believe it for a fortory subwoofer. the dealershipps dont seem to want to help. does any one what this plug is for?

What type of plug? Is it the "cigarrette lighter" style plug, or something else?

Maybe a picture would help cause I'm too laze to go look at mine.

its behind the panel and it looks like a factory stereo or accessory plug with nothing attached to it

Sounds like it's for a factory subwoofer based on plug type and location...or possibly for factory external CD changer.
