where to set camgears?

I just had a rebuild on my 2nd gen B16a and they had to mill the head so I got some adjustible camgears and just wondering if someone has experience on what's the best way to set the gears for more highend hp's. Also take in mined that I haven't changed anything on the vavle train, it's all stock. But just looking for peaple's experiences with adjusting the camgears.

Re: where to set camgears?

There's really no specific place to set them, it's different for every application. The best way to do it is to have it dyno tuned.
