Help!
I have Adobe Photoshop 5.5 and for the life of me I cannot figure out where the damn "Smudge Tool" is. There isn't an icon in witht he other ones and I don't know how to get it.
please help me

hold ALT and click on the BLUR or SHARPEN icon on the left, click until you see a finger.
BTW: i use PS 5 so if you need help just ask.
